The Solution Architecture

Cloud-Native Solution on Azure

Cloud-native solutions on Azure utilize containers, whether through Kubernetes in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Docker in Azure Container Apps. In the Hack solution we use Azure Container Apps - is a serverless platform that allows you to maintain less infrastructure and save costs while running containerized applications from Docker Image. Instead of worrying about server configuration, container orchestration, and deployment details, Container Apps provides all the up-to-date server resources required to keep your applications stable and secure.

Microservices Architecture

Microservices architecture is a key approach for distributed, mission-critical applications. This architecture constructs applications from an interoperable collection of services. Each service can be independently developed, tested, deployed, and versioned.

Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices Architecture: A Comparative Overview

Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices Architecture are two prominent approaches in modern enterprise software design. While both focus on creating modular, scalable systems, they differ in their implementation and granularity.

SOA emphasizes the creation of loosely coupled services that communicate through standardized protocols, often utilizing an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) for message routing and transformation. This approach aims to promote reusability and interoperability across different applications within an organization.

Microservices Architecture, on the other hand, takes modularity to a finer level. It advocates for breaking down applications into smaller, independently deployable services that each focus on a specific business capability. These services communicate directly with each other, typically through lightweight protocols such as REST APIs, and can be developed, scaled, and maintained independently.

Both architectures offer benefits in terms of flexibility and scalability, but the choice between them often depends on specific organizational needs, existing infrastructure, and development team expertise.

Clean Architecture

Clean Architecture is a software design philosophy that emphasizes separation of concerns and independence of frameworks, databases, and external agencies. It aims to create systems that are testable, maintainable, and easily adaptable to changing requirements.
